they wanted me to sell it cuz during the summer i bruised my heel bone and dislocated my elbow and cut my calf open and needed stitches, so they told me to choose a new sport. DH to XC is like surfing to bodyboarding, who would rather do the one that is not as fun.....only someone that cant afford it, maybe the price is breaking something or money. that argument went down prob over 2-3 months ago and u are still bringing it up, what do u think i havent heard enough of this shit hahaha, start living in the present and leave the past behind, sorry if that offends you but i really dont give a flying f*ck about what you have to say

It is quite sad, they say they want to discuss plans to put in place for mountain bikers to have their own place to ride, well mountain bikers put weeks, months and sometimes years into building adrenalin pumping trails and before starting the discussion on where these tails could be built they go ahead and take apart the pre-existing trails. I feel as if this could have been handled much better, they could have had meetings with concerned citizens and the mountain bikers that enjoy these trails to debate and discuss different solutions to the problems the government had with these trails, if liability is an issue you could put up signs like this one at my local bike park. http://www.flickr.com/photos/justinchang/4886365607/ (just do it without the "no handmade jumps or props" rule) that takes law suits out of the problem. Don't even get me started on "environmental issues" What would the government rather have kids these days doing? Selling and using drugs, or fighting the obesity problem with good mountain biking like this?
